Il peut s&rsquo;agir de magasins, de centres commerciaux, de restaurants, d&rsquo;installations sportives, de lieux de divertissement, d&rsquo;immeubles de bureaux, etc. \u00c0 ce titre, les points de charge (PC) semi-publics peuvent \u00eatre comptabilis\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie plus large de la <em>recharge de destination<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ces stations de recharge sont qualifi\u00e9es de semi-publiques car, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, elles ne sont accessibles qu&rsquo;aux visiteurs\/clients et pendant les heures d&rsquo;ouverture, contrairement aux <em>stations de recharge publiques<\/em> qui tendent \u00e0 \u00eatre accessibles \u00e0 tous 24h\/24 et 7j\/7.<\/p>\n<p>Les chargeurs semi-publics peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un service pour les clients du site h\u00f4te, et la recharge peut m\u00eame \u00eatre propos\u00e9e gratuitement ou en bonus lors d&rsquo;un achat sur place.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Importance de la recharge VE semi-publique<\/h2>\n<p>Offrir une recharge VE rend les entreprises plus attrayantes pour les clients actuels et potentiels, apportant un avantage concurrentiel par rapport aux sites qui n&rsquo;ont pas de PC install\u00e9s. Avec l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;adoption des VE, les lieux \u00e9quip\u00e9s de chargeurs deviendront encore plus attrayants et essentiels pour construire une infrastructure de recharge VE qui inclut un m\u00e9lange de r\u00e9seaux de recharge publics, semi-publics et priv\u00e9s. De plus, avoir des points de charge sur place peut augmenter le temps que les clients passent avec l&rsquo;entreprise en attendant que leurs VE atteignent l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de charge souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les op\u00e9rateurs de points de charge (OPC) et les fournisseurs de services de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique (eMSP), tous deux peuvent tirer de grands avantages de la recharge semi-publique. Ces types d&rsquo;entreprises poss\u00e8dent l&rsquo;expertise n\u00e9cessaire pour g\u00e9rer les r\u00e9seaux de recharge et les rendre accessibles et attrayants pour les conducteurs, un savoir-faire que les sites h\u00f4tes ont rarement et qu&rsquo;ils sous-traiteraient volontiers \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans ce type de service.<\/p>\n<p>Il en va de m\u00eame dans les cas o\u00f9 le site h\u00f4te n&rsquo;est pas le propri\u00e9taire des stations de recharge mais loue un espace aux OPC pour installer leurs points de charge. Dans les deux cas, les OPC et les eMSP gagnent l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un vaste segment de la communaut\u00e9 des conducteurs de VE en ayant des stations de recharge dans des lieux semi-publics.<\/p>\n<p>Il pourrait y avoir une relation symbiotique entre le site h\u00f4te et l&rsquo;OPC ou l&rsquo;eMSP, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;entreprise h\u00f4te b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l&rsquo;attraction des conducteurs de VE, tandis que les OPC et les eMSP b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du trafic pi\u00e9tonnier g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit respectif. Il faut cependant consid\u00e9rer que la qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 du service de recharge d\u00e9pendent \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client fournie par le site h\u00f4te. Une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience client peut amener les propri\u00e9taires de VE \u00e0 \u00e9viter l&rsquo;endroit, y compris son r\u00e9seau de recharge.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemple pratique de recharge VE semi-publique<\/h2>\n<p>Consid\u00e9rons le cas suivant o\u00f9 un propri\u00e9taire de PC, dans ce cas &#8211; le site h\u00f4te, peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 la fois de la recharge semi-publique et publique. Dans cet exemple, le site h\u00f4te est un parking d&rsquo;immeuble de bureaux avec des PC install\u00e9s pour les employ\u00e9s. Ce r\u00e9seau de recharge sur site est exclusivement disponible pour les employ\u00e9s gratuitement pendant les heures de bureau (disons, de 8h00 \u00e0 18h00) et devient accessible au public moyennant des frais apr\u00e8s la fin de la journ\u00e9e de travail (18h00 \u00e0 8h00).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la recharge VE semi-publique<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>L&rsquo;une des principales consid\u00e9rations des entreprises concernant l&rsquo;installation de points de charge est l&rsquo;investissement requis. Les co\u00fbts peuvent varier consid\u00e9rablement en fonction de facteurs tels que la taille et l&#8217;emplacement du r\u00e9seau de recharge, les types de chargeurs n\u00e9cessaires et si les locaux doivent faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une mise \u00e0 niveau de leur r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n<li>Les entreprises doivent \u00e9galement tenir compte de l&rsquo;impact des points de charge sur le r\u00e9seau local. Il n&rsquo;est pas rare d&rsquo;avoir besoin d&rsquo;une solution qui pr\u00e9serve l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau lors de l&rsquo;installation de plusieurs stations de recharge. Il existe deux alternatives principales : investir dans une mise \u00e0 niveau physique du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique, ce qui peut \u00eatre co\u00fbteux. Une autre option est la gestion dynamique de la charge (GDC) &#8211; une solution logicielle qui maintient l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sous un certain seuil.<\/li>\n<li>Un autre point \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer est l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et la tarification. Certains sites semi-publics peuvent offrir leurs chargeurs exclusivement aux visiteurs gratuitement, en bonus pour un achat ou moyennant des frais. D&rsquo;autres peuvent ouvrir les stations de recharge au public, y compris aux non-clients. Enfin, il y a aussi la question du partage des revenus dans les cas o\u00f9 le site h\u00f4te utilise les services d&rsquo;un OPC ou d&rsquo;un eMSP.
